How to Join Us
There are two ways an employer can become a Participating Employer of Club Plus Superannuation.
- Completion of the Employer Application Form and providing details for at least one of the employees who you will be paying contributions for. Once completed and signed please send this form to: Club Plus Administration, Locked Bag 5007, Parramatta NSW 2124. If you choose to join in this manner, details of any additional members can be provided by completing the first Contribution Advice you receive that will be sent to you within 10 business days of your application being accepted.
- Online using EmployerAccess. You can register as a Participating Employer through this website. EmployerAccess makes it easy for you to:
- Enter and pay contributions;
- Update employee records; and
- Run and print transaction reports.
Important Note
Before becoming a Participating Employer, employers should read the Employer Guide Booklet and the abovementioned documents. To be accepted as a Participating Employer we require you to complete and return the Employer Application Form at the back of the booklet.
