Update Your Details Online

It’s simple to update your details online

Once you are logged in to MemberAccess, you can manage your entire Club Plus Super account online - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

MemberAccess allows you to:

  • Update your personal details
  • View your account balance
  • Provide your TFN
  • Nominate and update your beneficiaries
  • View your super contributions
  • Review your insurance cover
  • Switch your super between different investment options
  • Access helpful links to important sites
  • NEW! Access your current and previous year’s statements electronically when you login to your account.  E-statements also allow you to enjoy the convenience of receiving your statement sooner!

Simply login to MemberAccess, navigate to the Member Profile page and just click “edit” to update your details.
