How to Join Club Plus

Join in 3 Easy Steps

Its easy to get started with Club Plus Super. Choose one of the two divisions below and you’re on your way!

Industry Division

In order to become a member of the Club Plus Industry Division you must be working for an employer who will pay Superannuation Guarantee contributions to Club Plus on your behalf.

  1. Your employer will advise Club Plus that you have commenced employment with them and will start paying compulsory Superannuation Guarantee contributions for you. Club Plus will automatically set up a member account for you at that time.
  2. Read the information contained in the Industry Division PDS. If you have any questions please contact us on 1800 680 627.
  3. Although your employer may have signed you up with Club Plus, it is recommended that you complete the Application for Membership form in the PDS and send it to:

Club Plus Super Industry Division Locked Bag 5007, Parramatta NSW 2124
You will then receive a welcome letter and member card in the mail.

Please note that any information you provide will only be used for the purpose of establishing and maintaining your member account with Club Plus. For more details of Club Plus Super privacy policy see page 28 of the Industry Division PDS.

Personal Division

Any person older than 15 years and up to 70 years of age can join Club Plus Super Personal Division. To join, you should:

  1. Read this Product Disclosure Statement carefully to determine whether Club Plus Super Personal Division is suitable for you;
  2. Complete and sign the Club Plus Super Personal Division Member Application Form attached to the PDS;
  3. Once fully completed the form should be sent to: Club Plus Super Personal Division, Locked Bag 5007, Parramatta NSW 2124
