Beth Parkin joined Club Plus Super as the fund’s new Head of Member Experience in April 2019.
Beth joins us with over 20 years’ experience across the customer lifecycle and is a big digital advocate. Beth was previously with industry super fund Rest where she held the role of General Manager Customer Service. She was instrumental in the delivery of a number of multi-award winning digitally-led customer experience innovations.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University, CA, USA.
