Join Club Plus Super

At Club Plus Super we have been working with employers in the clubs industry for over 30 years. Our services are flexible, free to you, and you can rest assured that you’re providing your employees with a highly rated fund. Learn more about the benefits that our employers enjoy.

Becoming a participating employer

By becoming a participating employer of Club Plus Super, you have the flexibility of deciding whether you would like us to become your default fund or whether you would like another fund to remain as your default.

There are two ways you can become a participating employer

  • Visit EmployerAccess, click on “Join” and follow the prompts, or
  • Complete the Employer Application Form and provide the details for at least one of the employees who you will be paying contributions for*. Once completed and signed please, send this form to:

* You can provide details of any additional members by completing the first Contribution Advice that will be sent to you within 10 business days of your application being accepted.

By becoming a participating employer of Club Plus Super, you have the flexibility of deciding whether you would like us to become your default fund or whether you would like another fund to remain as your default.

Your obligations as a participating employer with Club Plus Super are no more than what you have to do to comply with the law.

Nominating Club Plus Super as your default fund

  1. Complete and print the Choice of Fund form and distribute to your employees, including any future employees within 28 days of their start date.
  2. Provide the Industry Division PDS to those employees for whom you will be contributing. If you would like to request hard copies of the PDS contact our employer hotline on 1800 210 098.

You can also request that one of our Member Service Managers conduct an on-site workshop to explain the benefits of being a member of Club Plus Super to your staff. Simply call our employer hotline on 1800 210 098 to discuss your requirements with them. Alternatively, submit an enquiry.
