Club Plus Super offers 3 types of insurance cover, Death, Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) and Income Protection (IP).
Generally, if you join Club Plus Super through your employer, you may be eligible for automatic acceptance insurance cover without the need for a medical check if you opt into cover within 60 days of joining. If no election is made, your cover will automatically commence from the date you attain age 25 and your balance meets $6,000.
To be eligible for a claim you must have insurance cover on your account and your insurance premiums need to be up to date.

- Contact us – Call us to discuss your circumstance
- Eligibility check – We will check your account and send you a claim pack if you meet the claims criteria
- Claim form and requirements – Complete the claim form and return it to us with the requested information
- Claims assessment – Our insurer will then conduct a comprehensive assessment of your claim
- Claims review – The Trustee will review the claim
- Confirmation – We’ll contact you with the outcome and final decision of your claim
