At Club Plus Super we are here for you, our members. We pride ourselves on being a provider of great customer service whether it’s on the end of a phone or face to face. We give detailed information to our members, so you get the best out of your super investment or pension.
Our dedicated in-house Member Service Specialists are available from 8am to 6pm (AEST) to answer any queries you may have about your super account. Alternatively, you may benefit from contacting our Member Services Managers who are located throughout NSW ready to assist you in your local town or club.

- How long have you been with CPS?
Over 8 years now.
- How can you help our members in your region?
I visit clubs in my region on a regular basis, so I can meet with members at their convenience and answer any questions.
- What will we generally find you doing on the weekend?
I love cycling with my mates, so it’s not unusual to knock over 100kms on a Sunday. My son Julian is right into basketball, so you’ll also often find me cheering from the sideline.
- What’s one question members ask you a lot and what response do you give them?
I get asked, “How much super do I need when I retire? ” I generally ask how much super they have and what lifestyle they would like when they stop working.
