Club Plus Super Survey Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Entry into the prize draw is open to everyone who completes the survey, and provides their email address.
  2. Entry into the prize draw will close at 6pm on 15 March 2019.
  3. Ten winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place on 28 March, 2019 at 12pm at Unit 3, 43-53 Bridge Street, Stanmore.
  4. Each winner will receive a $250 gift card which can be used where EFTPOS is accepted.
  5. Winners will be contacted by email and required to provide the address to which the prize should be sent.  If a winner does not provide their address within 14 days, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly selected, subject to these same terms and conditions.
  6. Prize winners will be announced at www.clubplussuper.com.au during April, 2019.
  7. The survey is being conducted by Zuni, on behalf of Club Plus Super.  No purchase is necessary.  If you have any questions in connection with the prize draw or the survey, please email us at zuni@zuni.com.au
  8. Entry into the prize draw shall be deemed to be an acceptance of  these terms and conditions.
  9. Employees of Club Plus Super are not eligible for entry into the prize draw.
